Pavlina Radovanović is a young artist and performer of traditional and spiritual music from Orahovac (dating back to the 14th century), a Serbian enclave in Kosovo and Metohija. She was born in 2009 to Zvonko and Velinka Radovanović, the fourth of five children.
Pavlina showed an exceptional talent for singing and music from age five and, as well, for the piano. To provide her with a musical education, her parents enrolled her in the "Stevan Mokranjac" music school in Laplje Selo near Gračanica, more than 150 kilometers from home.

Credits for recognizing her singing talent go to Gavrilo Kujundžić, a music professor and composer, who directed her towards traditional spiritual music. He wrote many patriotic songs about Kosovo and Metohija, most of which Pavlina performed. He is also known as the founder of the children's group "Kosovski božuri" (The Kosovo Peonies). Pavlina is an active church choir member in the Church of Dormition of the Mother of God in Orahovac.
Solo Singing Career
Pavlina had her first solo performance at the Gračanica Monastery in 2018 and her first solo concert in March 2022 at the Russian House in Belgrade. One of her remarkable performances was at the Ilija M. Kolarac Endowment stage in 2023. The period of several years was marked by numerous performances, both in Serbia and in neighboring countries, followed by a series of concerts in European countries. She also performed in Russia, including performances at the "Immortal Regiment" concert and the Children's Cultural Forum of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation in Moscow. Two stays in Russia resulted in her first musical materials with several songs, released in November 2022, and the video "Россия – большая, великая" ("Russia is big, great"), dedicated to the love of Serbs for Russia.
Pavlina performs at numerous events between her concerts.
Collaboration and other projects
Supporting Role in the movie: "Golden Cut 42 - Children of Kozara"
The film "Golden Cut 42 - Children of Kozara" is a Serbian war drama directed by Lordan Zafranović, based on a screenplay by Arsen Diklić and Zafranović, set to be released in 2025. Filming began in July 2022 and continued in May 2023, taking place in Serbia and the Republic of Srpska, and lasted until the end of August 2023. Pavlina immediately caught the attention of Lordan Zafranović, who cast her as "the girl with the enchanting voice from the procession." Her sister Slobodanka also stars in the film. The film tells the story of the suffering of Serbian children in the Independent State of Croatia during World War II in 1942.
Hip-hop group “Beogradski sindikat”
Pavlina collaborated with the group "Beogradski sindikat" on two songs: "Teci reko" and "Geto." Both songs carry strong messages on similar themes, depicting the real-life situation of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija. The song "Geto" mainly focuses on the daily life in Pavlina's hometown of Orahovac. In this enclave, people live under challenging conditions, with minimal movement, where children can't safely play among children who are not of Serbian nationality.
