I am a 1995 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BA in Letters and a minor in Medieval Studies. I did graduate work in medieval history at the University of Texas, Austin, although I did not take a degree. I have been a Certified Surgical Technologist since 1990. I live in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and work at St. Francis Hospital, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

In general, I am working on the Misplaced Pages sections concerning medieval art, especially the illuminated manuscript pages. I am also playing some with articles associated with birding topics. Other interests include history, especially medieval history, birds and birding, nature studies, home-schooling, celtic music and children's literature.
