Plot summary
In the story, Kyle (Verraros) breaks up with Marc, his love interest from the first movie, accusing him of flirting with hotter men because Marc himself is more attractive than Kyle. Kyle, Tiffani and Gwen, friends from the first movie, all become attracted to Troy, a chiseled Illinois farm boy who poses nude for their art class. Troy befriends and confides in them that he's slept with girls and guys, but is reluctant to embrace any gay feelings. The trio come up with a scheme where Kyle pretends to be an ex-gay and is dating Gwen, in order to break Troy's shell and get him to sleep with the both of them.
While Kyle and Troy start meeting with a campus ex-gay group, Marc notices Kyle becoming close with Troy and decides to try and seduce Troy himself. Troy eventually breaks down to Marc's advances during Tiffani's homoerotic photo shoot and the two fool around, but Marc can't go through with it because he still pines for Kyle.
Troy then visits Gwen and Kyle after Kyle says Gwen and he have an "arrangement" that lets Kyle sleep with guys. The two attempt a threesome, but Troy discovers the scheme when Kyle can't bring himself to give Gwen cunnilingus. Tiffani and Marc storm into Kyle's house after witnessing the debacle, and Troy scolds the group for being so sex-mad. Troy finally decides he's bisexual and Kyle admits he wrongly pushed Adam away. Troy takes a liking to Gwen and they start a relationship.
The film ends with the five outing the ex-gay group's president to his mother by tricking him to have sex with another ex-gay in a port-o-potty on wheels.
