E. Fuller Torrey is a noted schizophrenia researcher. National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) Neuroscience Center at St. Elizabeths Hospital. He is an active advisor and advocate for the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI). Dr. Torrey’s sister Rhoda has schizophrenia.
