To underpin that, even the administrators themselves are not allowed to know more information on identity than you yourself can see -- this is restricted to a very small group of editors who can look behind a username to an ], and these operate under a tight code of mutual cross-checking and would be instantly stripped of such rights for even hinting about location or other information they could tell from an IP, if it contravened that policy. | |||

Hey, Homer, hope it's going good. As you may have noticed, I removed your billboard from my page. Don't worry, I'm putting it back when Phaedriel redesigns my page!
