From my understanding of HD-DVD it is basically a DVD that uses a blue laser (and consequently smaller and tighter track) and is really just an upgrade of the DVD specs. From my understanding of HD-DVD it is basically a DVD that uses a blue laser (and consequently smaller and tighter track) and is really just an upgrade of the DVD specs.
