Vahdat moves

I think I understand what you are going to accomplish: reinstate Vahdat, get an administrator to speedily delete Vahdat (town), and then move Vahdat to Vahdat (town) properly and cleanly, with all its history and discussion. • I am happy to report that with your help and deletion help from Oxymoron83 the mess I created with Vahdat has been cleaned up.
