Robert Hunter Biden, second son of Delaware senior U.S. Senator Joseph R. Biden, is a founding partner of the lobbying firm Oldaker, Biden & Belair, LLP. He is also Vice Chairman of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) Board of Directors.
