The Hattian were an Hatto-Iberian (or Proto-Iberian)) people who inhabited the land of Hatti in Asia Minor. They spoke a non-Indo-European (Iberian-Caucasian) language called Hattic. They eventually merged with the Hittites.
They have been connected to the Khaldi/Kardu, but it may be in little more than language and proximity.
