By Misplaced Pages Firearms group guidelines, to become noteworthy for mention in the article on the weapon itself, there needs to be changes in laws due to the weapon, or other noteworthy results such as the gun itself being banned. Why no mention of the Finland shootings?

I can see it has been added and then swiftly removed from the page several times.. I'd say it was pretty important for this article, as the gun's notoriety definently is very high because of this incident.
