The Honourable Stephen Sui-lung Lam (Chinese: 林瑞麟; pinyin: Lín Ruìlín) JP (born November 24, 1955) is the Secretary for Constitutional Affairs of Hong Kong. He is dubbed as "Eunuch Lam" by the Pen-democratic Legistration Councillers in Hong Kong.
