Arabian Gulf may refer to the:
- Red Sea, in geographical works from ancient times to the 19th century.
- Persian Gulf. Since the 1960s, starting with Gamal Abdel Nasser and the proponents of pan-Arabism, some Arab states have often used the name Arabian Gulf for the body commonly known as the Persian Gulf, even in their English publications. This is very controversial, and not commonly used outside of the Arab world, nor is it recognized by the United Nations and other international organizations. *Arabian Gulf rugby union team, a rugby team representing teams from various Middle Eastern countries.
Not to be confused with:
- Khalij el-Arab, near Alexandria, Egypt, translates to English as the "Arab Gulf", or "Arabs Gulf".
- Arabian Sea, west of India in the same way India is west of the Bay of Bengal
