tlh-1 implementation

I got is to work. Turns out I got confuesed between Misplaced Pages and Wikibooks and had to create a Catagory in Wikibooks. Klingoncowboy4 23:07, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

Hi! He has been blocked (not by me though, I'm not an admin yet). In the future, you can report someone like him at WP:AIV or the IRC channel #wikipedia-en-vandalism on Freenode.
