Block Notice

I am currently block from editing. I opposed some admins, so they came at me with a ton of deletions and blocks. Don't ever make an admin mad, they will use their tools against policy to silence or get rid of you, just because they don't like you. --DougsTech (talk) 06:11, 29 May 2009 (UTC)

I should remove the above as a veiled attack on not one but two users...but I am not. I am just going to let you dig your own grave on this one, because Dude, you are || <that close from an indef block and you have no one to blame but yourself. - NeutralHomerTalk06:16, 29 May 2009 (UTC)
You know what, I really don't care at this point. All the best users left[REDACTED] for these reasons...and[REDACTED] never learned from their mistake. They keep letting things get worse and worse, and there is nothing I can do about it. But, I did try. Let them do whatever they want, I tried. --DougsTech (talk) 06:49, 29 May 2009 (UTC)

DT please take a break. Go do some stuff offline away from the computer. Tomorrow is a new day. Cheers. ChildofMidnight (talk) 06:51, 29 May 2009 (UTC)

Doug, let me ask you something. When you expect such high standards of others, how can you justify the the taunting of another human being as you did Ryulong? If you require the adherence to civility, respect, and dignity, how can you explain the posts you've made to another persons talk page in such a derisive manner? — Ched :  ?  07:26, 29 May 2009 (UTC)
  • Cheers up, mate. You can't break the wall from the outside. They only fall when pushed from within. Clean start, play the rules, magic button in six months... NVO (talk) 07:29, 29 May 2009 (UTC)

Why are you here on Misplaced Pages?

I often find myself in unfortunate or stressful situations on Misplaced Pages. Whenever I do, I try to take a step back and think about and remind myself about the reasons I came here in the first place.
I would like to request that you think about why you came here, and reflect on what you've done here.
Is your objective to build a better encyclopedia? Do you agree with the Misplaced Pages core values? What are your goals and aspirations in participating in the project?
It would be helpful to you and to me (and others) if you thought about that and try to articulate your reasons for being here.
Obviously this is not a question that we typically ask people in this manner. The recent events have indicated some concern among much of the community about these types of issues and your recent behavior.
I believe it's only fair to put it out in the open, and ask that you constructively engage with helping answer from your perspective. I think a lot of people have started to assume bad faith on your part, in how you're editing and participating. I would rather the opposite - there's grounds for concern, but there's also no reason not to ask the questions and talk civilly about the issues and questions raised.
I look forwards to your introspection and answers, if you chose to participate in the discussion.
Thank you. Georgewilliamherbert (talk) 07:32, 29 May 2009 (UTC)
