He holds a first class honors degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar, and a Bachelors in History and Literature from Harvard College, where he was student president of the Institute of Politics and led the Institute's annual study of youth attitudes on politics.
