It is a poorly-written popular-press article about the Higgs boson, with a completely misleading title (it doesn't "make sense of the Big Bang theory"; it isn't even _about_ the Big Bang), and which doesn't give the reader any useful information even about the Higgs (it can be summed up as, "physicists are still trying to make the Higgs Boson, which gave particles their mass").
