==GA ]==
I have placed the review on hold to give you an opportunity to address state concerns. This is the second short spur road that you have nominated for GA. One must question why you are devoting valuable and limited volunteer resources to highways of less than 2 miles in length when the major Ohio roads such as OH 4 lack even route descriptions. Perhaps you might want to tackle the main roads first. Thanks, ] (]) 12:50, 13 March 2011 (UTC)

USRD participants list

As discussed at WT:USRD, the participants list at WP:USRD is being split by state. Due to any of the following factors- your extended participation in WT:USRD discussions, your IRC participation, or your extended participation in Shields or Maps, I have guessed that you are a nationwide editor and have designated you as such in the USRD partiicpants table. This is part of the lengthy process. If this is in error, please let me know immediately. This is especially likely with this group as I have to guess whether you are a national or a state editor. Jump-Starting the Ohio Highways WikiProject

Sure. What did you have in mind? Dividing 16:23, 6 July 2008 (UTC)

Hey there! My goal with the highway pages I did was simply to change all of the routes through Columbiana County (where I am this summer) from blank/not created pages to at least junction lists, cities passed through, history, and summaries. I don't know how much time I'll have as I start graduate school in September. My next thing was going to be to do the same thing for Athens County (I go to OU for Geography) once I got down there. It would be nice to get all routes at least to what I said. Leave me a message if you want to talk further. TravisS1227 (talk) 02:21, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

Greetings

Hey, yeah I kinda fell of the face of the earth when viewed by internet acquaintances. Being on the computer most of the day at work makes me not want to be on it at home, so I pretty much went away on here. Aside from work, been busy IRL with friends getting married, moving, etc... Good to hear from you. Strato|sphere 23:00, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

Michigan road fan meetup

Thanks for the invite. Unfortunately I'll be traveling for the holidays then. But I'd be interested in other similar events. Cheers. olderwiser 20:30, 1 December 2008 (UTC)

Welcome to the USRD-CRWP Cup

Hello, DanTheMan474, and welcome to the USRD-CRWP Cup. This is just a reminder that the contest will start at 00:00 UTC on Saturday (about 4 PM Pacific and about 7 PM Eastern on Friday). Nominations must be made after that time to count for the contest.

Currently, there is only one pool for contestants. Please feel free to invite any Misplaced Pages user to join. We need a few more users to get another pool.

It is unknown when the first round will end; however, it will last at least 3 weeks.

OH Roads Project

Thanks the message, Dan. I'm glad to see things moving forward again on the Ohio route articles and will try to contribute some as I have time.

I unfortunately wasn't able to get to any roadgeek meets last year, but hopefully things will be better for 2009. I'm definitely interested in a Youngstown-area meet. There's not really a whole lot new since even OH 711 is a couple years old now, but I think it is pretty much unexplored territory. Brian Powell (talk) 16:53, 15 January 2009 (UTC)

You have won Round 1 of the USRD-CRWP WikiCup!

Congratulations! You have been declared a winner of Round 1. This is just to let you know that Round 2 will be starting Sunday night. Please note the point value changes for Round 2 as well. --Rschen7754 (T C) 08:55, 7 February 2009 (UTC)

USRD-CRWP Cup reviewing requirement

My records show that you have not completed the required USRD or CRWP GAN, ACR, or FAC review. If you have not completed this review by Sunday 3/1 0:00 UTC (Saturday night), you will not be allowed to proceed to Round 3 if you win Round 2. Thanks, Rschen7754 (T C) 22:13, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

USRD-CRWP Cup

You have been eliminated from the USRD-CRWP Cup. Thanks for participating! I plan to have another contest within a few months; stay tuned to WP:USRD/B for updates. --Rschen7754 (T C) 19:03, 1 March 2009 (UTC)

Join the WP:USRDCUP 2010!

We're going to go ahead and try this again! The contest will begin April 1. It is a contest to encourage editors to improve teh quality of WP:USRD articles and participate in USRD. Precautions will be taken to make sure that people do not "game the system" and bring article quality down. Please sign up ASAP! Announcements regarding the contest will be made at WP:USRDCUP, Twitter, and/or IRC. --Rschen7754 06:51, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

Ohio SR 761

I didn't touch SR 872, but I did bump SR 761 to a C. You had it nominated as a C, but the article still said it was a stub. Hope this clears up any confusion. —Fredddie 22:25, 19 April 2010 (UTC)

U.S. Route 223

I could use your help on a collaboration there. If you can scrap the History section and insert a correct history section for Ohio, I'll weave the Michigan history in between the Ohio history, or create a separate paragraph, whichever works better. Imzadi 1979  05:34, 27 September 2010 (UTC)

Sure, no problem. I'll take a look at the Ohio historical sources this week and see what I can determine from them. DanTheMan474 (talk) 15:40, 27 September 2010 (UTC)

Ohio State Route 274

I've restored the section that you removed — not because I think that it should be included, but because I don't want to see this page be speedy deleted under A3 or A1, as happened to other state highways in western Ohio that had nothing except for the infobox. Nyttend (talk) 11:50, 28 September 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for the note! Sorry, I can't really help anymore; I've moved to Indiana for grad school, so I can't supply pictures anymore, and I really don't know where to look for good sources for text. Nyttend (talk) 14:40, 28 September 2010 (UTC)
By "mass removal" in 2007, do you refer to the deletion of pages such as Ohio State Route 245? That page's fate was the leading reason that I restored the list of communities. Nyttend (talk) 14:42, 28 September 2010 (UTC)

OH SR Question

Can you look at Imzadi's comment at Misplaced Pages:WikiProject U.S. Roads/Assessment/A-Class review/Interstate 470 (Ohio – West Virginia) under the RD section? --AdmrBoltz 19:03, 19 February 2011 (UTC)

The standard for identifying state highways for Ohio is "State Route NN", as opposed to "Ohio State Route NN." Since it is evident that you are still in Ohio on that part of I-470, the linked text should be expressed as "State Route 7." Hope that clarifies it! DanTheMan474 (talk) 22:29, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
