Pie

This is apropos of nothing, but I was curious about your recipe. Once I tried making a pie with fresh pumpkin and it came out bad. Do you process the pumpkin in a food processor? ScottyBerg (talk) 21:49, 7 December 2011 (UTC)

I use a blender - the pumpkin is pretty mushy after baking, just throw all the ingredients at once. You can add more or less coconut milk as needed. Most problems I run into have to do with excess moisture in the pumpkin, especially if you steam the pumpkin instead of baking it.
