Ravinder "Ray" Sharma is the founder and CEO of XMG Studio, a mobile games studio located in Toronto, Canada. Sharma is a co-founder of Extreme Venture Partners and sits on the boards for Wellpoint Health Services Corporation and the Ontario Judicial Council, the body that investigates complaints made by the public against provincially-appointed judges and masters in Ontario.

Sharma has spoken at mobile industry events in both Canada and the United States such as: CTIA – The Wireless Association, and Interactive Ontario's iP3 Forum. Sharma was the keynote speaker for the Scotia Capital Application Developer's Conference in 2012.

Sharma's career started out in the investment banking industry where he was an analyst focused mainly on wireless-related technology companies. Sharma worked at Canadian and global investment banking firms, including Credit Suisse First Boston, BMO Nesbitt Burns and GMP Securities.
