Serzh Azati Sarkisyan (Armenian Սերժ Ազատի Սարգսյան, other transcriptions of the given name are Serge and Serj, of the name Sarkissian, Sarkisyan, Sarkissyan, the transliteration is Serž Azati Sargsyan; born in 1954, 30 June In Stepanakert, then a part of the Azerbaijan SSR, today of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic).
