Fair use rationale for Image:KayJill.jpg

Image:KayJill.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Misplaced Pages article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Hey Katherine

Thank you for being on the show for so many years. I really enjoy watchimg the Y&R and I even have my husband watching it with me. If it wasnt for you and Victor then we wouldnt even watch the show anymore. Thank you again for making the show alot of fun to watch.

Final appearance

I see an edit war simmering over this issue of the character's final appearance. Please discuss this here or in the wider discussion at Misplaced Pages talk:WikiProject Soap Operas#Flashbacks rather than risk this disagreement escalating.— TAnthony 14:31, 9 June 2015 (UTC)

My suggestion is that the final appearance be the May performance (prior to her death). The footage used at her funeral should remain noted within the article. Perhaps a footnote next to the May date which explains the existence of this funeral "appearance" would be appropriate as a compromise, and to clarify.— TAnthony 16:13, 9 June 2015 (UTC)
