"Thought I'd Died and Gone to Heaven" is a song by Canadian singer and songwriter Bryan Adams, from his sixth studio album, Waking up the Neighbours (1991). Penned by Robert Lange and Bryan Adams the song has much rock flavour in its music part, however lyrically it's a love song.

The song reached No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 14 on the Album Rock Tracks chart. In the UK, it reached No. 8. In Canada, it reached No. 1.
