== You are a grammatical genius.. ==

But your genius added more confusion to the ambiguous puzzle sentence I am researching.

It is one specific sentence:
To confirm your miles balance, just purchase and fly with Alitalia or the Partner Airlines to any destination and for any fare, between 25 May and 24 June 2017.

It is a ambiguous phrase tree. ? Purchase and fly with .. it is two different verbs. Flying is the one tagged to the dates and purchase is the requirement .

Would you feel that means that the purchase also has to happen between 25 May and 24 June? I read it to mean purchase , and the dates relate to the travel and not the purchase.

My thoughts are it was translated from Italian (we would say May 24th in USA) as this is alitalia.

Below is the entire context:

According to the terms and conditions, when no new miles have been earned under the Program over a period of 24 months, the miles in the account expire and are cancelled.

But you are still in time to save them!

To confirm your miles balance, just purchase and fly with Alitalia or the Partner Airlines to any destination and for any fare, between 25 May and 24 June 2017.

Disambiguation link notification for June 28

Hi. In your recent article edits, you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Clarify it yourself

Please stop adding clarify spans to the Haxe article. If you think it needs clarification, find citations for the same and add it yourself. Also stop describing each language you link to in the See Also section. That is entirely unnecessary since I have provided headers under which they are listed. -- Tom Jenkins

Dead links

Your tagging as dead links references which have simply had their URL changed. I'm reverting all your dead links tags so that you can fix them. Beyond My Ken (talk) 02:05, 27 August 2017 (UTC)

@Beyond My Ken: I tagged them as dead links because they have been redirected to other pages that have no relevance to the original citations. Is there another cleanup tag that we can use for incorrect links like this one? Jarble (talk) 04:07, 27 August 2017 (UTC)
Don't tag them, fix them. These are links to the New York Observer, which has obviously changed its URL system. You need to put the title of the article into Google, retrieve the new URL, and plug it into the link. Beyond My Ken (talk) 07:29, 27 August 2017 (UTC)
@Beyond My Ken: I'd prefer to keep these cleanup tags for future reference so that they won't be overlooked. There are hundreds of links that may need to be updated, so it would be very tedious to update all of them manually. It might be worthwhile to discuss this at WP:Bot requests. Jarble (talk) 15:52, 27 August 2017 (UTC)
Yes, tedious, but no more tedious than tagging them. Simple: don't tag them unless you have taken the time to fix them and haven't been able to do so. Beyond My Ken (talk) 17:26, 27 August 2017 (UTC)

@Cyberpower678: Can we configure the Internet Archive Bot to update these links so that we won't need to update them manually? Jarble (talk) 17:37, 27 August 2017 (UTC)

It will only archive them. Changing URLs is beyond IABot's scope.—CYBERPOWER (Chat) 18:28, 27 August 2017 (UTC)
