The article offers no significant detail about his life and deeds, and he is now too "young" to appear among the top 100 British supercentenarians and world's oldest men. This is a WP:PERMASTUB that has no hope of expanding beyond he was born, worked as a chemist until he was 99, had his brain analysed and died so WP:NOPAGE definitely applies here.
