Jamesbrook is a townland in the civil parish of Garranekinnefeake, Rostellan Electoral division, Barony of Imokilly, County Cork.

The Jamesbrook estate belonged to the Earl of Inchiquin. It was bought by Michael Goold around the end of the 17th century. When Michael died in 1722 it passed to his son, to son, Walter Goold and then grandson Michael Goold. When this second michael died in 1787) it passed to his daughter Frances who married Wallis Adams (1749-1818).
