Bloomex is a national Canadian floral company, offering various floral and gift arrangements throughout Canada and the U.S. via its online computerized system.The Bloomex website acts as a storefront allowing consumers worldwide to place orders online themselves, chat with a live agent or place orders through a 1-800 number.

Bloomex has same day delivery to almost any location in Canada, and orders can be placed 24 hours a day. Bloomex provides fresh cut flowers through its network of growers, and company owned facilities. 87% of orders are done directly at company owned warehouses located in major metropolitan areas such as Toronto, Montreal, Halifax, Winnipeg, Calgary, Ottawa and Vancouver, and shipped out to recipients.

Bloomex has 2 divisions, Flowers Wholesale which offers flowers in bulk to the general population and Bloomex Wedding Flowers, where they have wedding consultants to help with wedding flower selections. Bloomex can deliver to almost 97% of the Canadian population. Bloomex is a supporter of the Canadian Cancer Society, where 10% of the proceeds of their Give Hope Collection is donated for cancer research.

Bloomex does not except complaints from Better Business Bureau due to low credibility of BBB in Ottawa. . As a result Better Business Bureau gave Bloomex its lowest possible rating, an "F".
