Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Misplaced Pages pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 12:48, 28 October 2011 (UTC)

A friendly suggestion

Hi Interface Designer,

Recently you have been running afoul of Misplaced Pages's policies on advertising within articles. From your replies, it seems evident that you aren't entirely au fait with the way the encyclopedia works. That's fine - I was pretty confused when I started out as an editor, and so, I'm sure, were all the other people here.

As a philologist, you have a lot to offer the encyclopedia. Might I suggest, then, that you take a look at Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Languages, a collaborative Wikiproject dedicated to improving the coverage of languages on Misplaced Pages. Rather than struggling to get company information onto Misplaced Pages - a task which is delicate and can be quite inflammatory - why not cut your teeth on some of the Language Project's tasks first? This will give you an opportunity to get involved in Wiki-editing without a slew of warning templates burying your talkpage every time you do anything.

Just a suggestion, take it or leave it. All the best, Yunshui  13:08, 28 October 2011 (UTC)

Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Languages is a very interesting Category for me. I think there is a lot to do there. Thank you very much for your help.

Recently I'm in VIKI for just 22 days. And in this case mistakes are inevitable. I am against aggression. It is best to help each other and help to correct mistakes than to destroy and to wage war. A bad peace is better than a good war.(悪い平和は良い戦争よりはましだ)

I would like to ask you: what I need to do or what marks I need to to put in the draft articles so that they are not removed and are not tagged as spams. What am I doing wrong when I prepare articles in my folder? /Interface Designer

As I see my article was removed from this folder again 2 hours ago and market sa spam.

You can label your pages as drafts with the USERDRAFT template; just enter {{Userspace draft|date=October 2011}} at the top of the page. However, this doesn't protect the page from being deleted - the general speedy deletion rules apply to all namespaces, including userspace. The two most common violations in userspace drafts are promoting a business (there's nothing wrong with creating an article about a business, but you have to be careful with the language, especially if you have a conflict of interest) and copyright violations.
I suggested working in a different area of Misplaced Pages such as WP:LANGUAGE for a while because that way you can work on the encyclopedia without running into any COI issues. There are a lot of rules and policies governing Misplaced Pages, as you're finding out, and working in an area where you aren't so close to the subject matter is a good way of learning about them. I'd strongly advise against creating any more content, draft or otherwise, that directly relates to your business. If it's notable, someone else will write the article sooner or later.
Feel free to contact me on my talkpage if you need help. Yunshui  20:20, 28 October 2011 (UTC)
