PeoplePerHour ...

PeoplePerHour is Europe's biggest online freelance marketplace - a service that enables people to advertise their skills and services to potential employers and clients.

With offices in London and New York, the company has recently launched an Hourlies product - listings where users can market services they will sell by the hour. The move is aimed at attracting more Americans to the marketplace, which currently has over 300,000 registered members.

Online services such as PeoplePerHour facilitates the creation of an ad hoc workforce - giving employers flexibility while freelancers are empowered to market their services to a wide array of businesses.
