Panchakarma is a therapeutic way of eliminating toxic elements from the body.These are set of five (panch =five in sanskrit)procedures. They are Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamokshana.
Clinical Research
The majority of the studies reviewed showed positive outcomes for panchakarma and allied therapies when compared to a control.
