The content of this article was almost entirely submitted by User:Lobsterthermidor. As explained here, his contributions, though well-intentioned, have been problematical due to the persistent integration of original research among the referenced parts, making it very difficult to disentangle the reliable content from his own interpretations, speculation, personal opinions and comments.
