Terneysky District (Template:Lang-ru) is located on the coast of Sea of Japan in the northeastern part of Primorsky Krai, Russia. Most territory is covered with forests which are the District's main riches. Population: 14,487 (2002 Census); 15,273 (1989 Census).

The industry is introduced by the timber processing enterprises and the fish factory in Svetlaya settlement.

Most part of the Primorsky Krai's largest Sikhote-Alin Nature Preserve is located in this District.

There are springs of thermal radon waters in the District (Amginskoye Deposit). Tyoply Klyuch (Warm Spring) Health Resort is based on these springs.
