Johny Messo (born January 8, 1978 in Hengelo) is a Dutch-Aramean politician. He has been the president of the World Council of Arameans (Syriacs) since 2009. His parents are both from the ancient city of Midyat. He has written several books about the Aramean identity. He also gave lectures about Arameanism in different European countries, United States, India, and the Middle-East.
