VoxPop Games, Inc. (stylized as VoxPop) is an American peer-to-peer, profit-sharing, games distribution platform. VoxPop primarily hosts indie games. VoxPop operates using a profit-sharing business model, intended to help developers leverage their future earnings to run influencer campaigns.

In September 2022, VoxPop Games announced the creation of the indie game development fund. Games funded through VoxPop would be released exclusively to the VoxPop platform for a period of time.
VoxPop's full launch is scheduled for Q1 of 2023.
Overview
VoxPop Games was co-founded in 2019 by Charles Fang Yu and Marc Anthony Rodriguez in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York. VoxPop subsequently joined the F50 Elevate Accelerator, becoming part of its first cohort in Fall 2019.
In July 2020, the company entered a public beta release and launched it's proprietary peer-to-peer distribution application client. The VoxPop platform's profit-sharing system was designed to allow a developer-determined percentage of each sale to be automatically distributed to users who seeded files or promoted sales. VoxPop's stated intention was for this profit-sharing to help independent game developers run influencer campaigns. However, VoxPop CEO Charles Yu also made statements indicating that the model was implemented to reduce the company's overhead costs.
In July 2022, both Yu and Rodriguez spoke at Pocket Gamer Connects Toronto, both representing VoxPop on two separate panels.
In September 2022, the company announced a new indie games fund, alongside ex-Rockstar Games VP of Product Development, Jeronimo Barrera, as Chairman of Advisory Board. At this time, VoxPop had over 300 games in its catalogue. Several of these games were published under the "Made for VoxPop" label, indicating that they had exclusive content.
VoxPop Games has partnered with various independent publishers, including Rogue Games, Fulqrum Publishing, and Graffiti Games. VoxPop has also worked with non-profit organizations, such as the AbleGamers Foundation.
Profit-Sharing
With the exception of free games, all sales on the VoxPop platform set aside a percentage of each sale for user incentives. Also known internally as "Pop Share," this incentive is primarily earned when users successfully recommend others to purchase them. So long as the chosen value falls between the site's minimum and maximum, developers may freely set the Profit-Sharing rate to whatever they wish. Raising incentive payouts has been proposed as a method for driving participation from online content creators.
Credit for recommendations is determined by the use of affiliate links. All VoxPop users are assigned a link which directs to their profile. From here, other users can see the games that they recommend. All purchases made from the affiliate link are automatically associated with the relevant user.
