If a disambiguation page exists at all, it should be Giovanni di Stefano (disambiguation), not here. How did you infer consensus for this move? The other two di Stefanos are terribly obscure--one doesn't have an article and the other has an article that virtually no one is searching for. If it just redirects here, all we're doing is being bureaucratic about the whole thing. :) I'm going to move this back to the deambiguated title; like you said, the listed people are obscure, but since searching for "Giovanni di Stefano" currently takes you here anyway...
