Bangin' on Wax is the first album by gangsta rap project, Bloods & Crips. The album was released on March 9, 1993 for Warlock Records and was produced by Ron "Ronnie Ron" Phillips. Bangin' on Wax was a success, making it toe #86 on the Billboard 200 and being certified Gold by the RIAA. Four singles were released "Bangin' on Wax", "Piru Love", "Crip, Crip, Crip" and Steady Dippin'".
