КОНЦЕРТ (often inaccurately rendered KOHUEPT; it is pronounced "KAN-tsiert") is the second live album by Billy Joel, released in 1987. (see 1987 in music). The album was recorded during Joel's 1987 tour in the USSR; the album title is a Cyrillic transliteration of the word "concert".
