КОНЦЕРТ (often inaccurately rendered KOHUEPT; it is pronounced "kan-TSIERT") is the second live album by Billy Joel, released in 1987. (see 1987 in music). The album was recorded during Joel's 1987 tour in the USSR; the album title is the Russian word for "concert" (kontsert). The accent (stress) is on the second syllable, and as a result by the usual rules of Russian pronunciation, the "o" in the unstressed first syllable is pronounced much like an "a".
