Gay marriages are currently not allowed anywhere, but a small and increasing number of jurisdictions recognize gay cival unions which provide much of the same rights and responsibilites as marriage. Examples are the Netherlands and the US state of Vermont. Many more areas in the world (usually local municipalites and counties) allow domestic partnerships that have varying degrees of privileges and responsibilites (usually far fewer than those found in cival unions).
