Hi! Just wanted to thank you with the original barnstar for all your great work on Zayn articles! :) |
A page you started (Dangerous Woman (album)) has been reviewed!
Thanks for creating Dangerous Woman (album), Cornerstonepicker!
Misplaced Pages editor Garagepunk66 just reviewed your page, and wrote this note for you:
I enjoyed reading the article on the upcoming album Dangerous Woman by Ariana Grande. Very nicely done.

- A Billboard Women in Music award is notable enough to be in the lead; if you think it isn't, by that logic the Cardi lead should not have the "Woman of the Year" award because they are both Women In Music Awards.
- The sentence "The (WAP) video is considered to be a display of sexual prowess" is problematic, because that assumes it is considered by all to be said thing when it is not; same lead also mentions how some conservatives, though I don't support them, consider the video problematic and offensive in nature. Saying The Guardian said it, this gets rid of the earlier "all people think" problem, and still conveys the same message, especially coming from a notable source like The Guardian.
- Misplaced Pages is not a social media app; it is an encyclopedia. There is no need for constant baseless allegations saying I "openly dislike Cardi" (when have I ever said such a thing?) and accusing me of puffery while at the same time defending irrelevant achievments in the Cardi B lead.
For an editor of your caliber, I'd assume you'd be more mature and less hostile than the average Twitter stan account; unfortunately, all my interactions with you have been the opposite story. Let's change that. shanghai. 06:51, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- @RogueShanghai: You have stated you identify as a member of the Barbz of Stan Twitter here, your language confirms that. Here in an Administrator also stating that about you. In your talk page there's and Administrator speaking on the award your mentioning; in that article's talk page there's two experienced users telling you to focus on the bigger awards on the lead section, not that one. Also, here is an Administrator noticing your inflamatory and negative edits towards articles about Cardi B. Cornerstonepicker (talk) 07:48, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- @Cornerstonepicker: Being a member of the Barbz doesn't mean openly hating Cardi B, that correlation is simply a bad-faith assumption on your end and not indicative of anything. As I said in all those threads; are simply a fanbase for the Queen of Rap, Nicki Minaj. Me stating that I am a Barb is no different than saying the words "I am a fan of Nicki Minaj," which there are plenty other editors who've stated the same thing on Misplaced Pages. And I still stand by those words. At least I've been transparent with a declared interest unlike you, who's been called out by multiple editors for biased negative edits towards multiple female artists you seem to not like.
- And even so, my point still stands; an editor of your caliber has no reason to be as hostile and toxic as you have been to me while I've been editing articles. I've tried to work with you as much as I can on adding reliable information in female hip-hop articles and you've just been hostile constantly again and again. Please, change that. shanghai. 08:05, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- @RogueShanghai: I'm not toxic. Multiple editors, including two Administrators, have called out your inflamatory edits towards artists you dislike, including in ANI (you have four ANI entries). This is your language in wikipedia:
"I don't think someone who is a fan of someone who seems to use multiple cowriters for her bars can speak on Doja Cat"
. I see negative edits and put it on notice, and they have also seen that. Cornerstonepicker (talk) 08:10, 3 September 2021 (UTC)- @Cornerstonepicker: Your comments and edit summaries have been severely uncivil. You misquoted the linked ANI thread by KyleJoan; with the admin in the thread literally saying "I have not seen any clear evidence of excessive bias here.", while you are trying to say the exact opposite. Negative edits do not necessarily mean vandlistic or inflammatory; my last edit on Cardi B is hardly negative at all; it says that she decided to stay with him and work it out. You've made a baseless allegation that I "openly hate Cardi B" with your only evidence being my declared transparency about being a Barb (which does not mean that I openly hate Cardi B), bringing up my own personal opinions, and generally acting hostile. WP:NPA. I've stated multiple times in the ANI threads you linked that I am willing to work with you if you tone down the hostility on your end. shanghai. 08:27, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- @RogueShanghai: Less than a month ago, Black Kite suggested you should be banned from BLPs for your inflamatory behavior Misplaced Pages:Administrators'_noticeboard/IncidentArchive1075#Suggestion:
"...about RogueShanghai's insistence on inserting negative information about Minaj's "rivals""
Also, this summarizes:"Myself and others are tired of seeing this kind of constant push from you."
They have warned you multiple times, but you haven't changed after any of those ANIs, your agenda in[REDACTED] is clear, and they have noticed. Stop that behavior in[REDACTED] towards artists you don't like, stop adding puffery and reverting anything negative about your favorite artist with any excuse, stop ignoring what Admins have told you, then ask editors to don't act 'hostile' towards you. Notice 2 Electric Boogaloo
@Cornerstonepicker: Please stop WP:HOUNDING me and stalking my contributions to copy/paste the same thing over and over again. This is highly disruptive, rude, and uncivil for an editor of your caliber. You have hounded me three times today (here, here, and here) when you were not pinged, mentioned and discussed whatsoever. This harassment is simply unwarranted and I'm asking you to stop. Thank you. shanghai. 06:25, 17 September 2021 (UTC)
- @Cornerstonepicker: I'm just going to note here that regardless of the contentious editing going on, hounding RogueShanghai is not constructive - please stop? Let's all find something else to edit for a bit and avoid each other ~TNT (she/they • talk) 13:11, 17 September 2021 (UTC)
- @TheresNoTime: I understand. The section above this one pretty much summarize the user's behavior here, so that was my reaction. Cornerstonepicker (talk)

It appears that you have been canvassing—leaving messages on a biased choice of users' talk pages to notify them of an ongoing community decision, debate, or vote—in order to influence User talk:SALLY 9000. While friendly notices are allowed, they should be limited and nonpartisan in distribution and should reflect a neutral point of view. Please do not post notices which are indiscriminately cross-posted, which espouse a certain point of view or side of a debate, or which are selectively sent only to those who are believed to hold the same opinion as you. Remember to respect Misplaced Pages's principle of consensus-building by allowing decisions to reflect the prevailing opinion among the community at large.
