V7ndotcom Elursrebmem Deletion

Hi, I noticed you voted to on the abovementioned article. Initialy I wanted to keep it, but when I compared it to Nigritude ultramarine and Seraphim proudleduck it seems obvious that all theese articles are repating the same info:

• It's a search contest
• It has begin/end dates
• It has a prize
• It uses a unique phrase that is not used before

I'd like to urge you to change your vote to Redirect to SEO Contest where I have created already made a copy of the article. This way they dont have "their own article" but they are mentioned in the encyclopedia. Seems like a compromise to me. Right now w/ all the Delete, Keep, And Redirect votes it will be hard to reach a compromise.This user has left wikipedia 22:14, 21 January 2006 (UTC)

What? You've got some nerve contacting me via e-mail after the hatchet job you did on Cool (African philosophy). As I e-mailed you, my opinions on cultural appropriation are utterly irrelevant to the project -- as are yours. No. I have absolutely no interest in discussing my views on the subject with some ignorant, intellectually arrogant/obtuse adolescent.

I just took a look at what you've done with "Cool." It is now a bland, uninformative, essentially worthless article. Because of your ignorance and bias, you have gutted a potentially interesting and valuable piece that shed light on African and African-American cultural expression, two areas in which Misplaced Pages is miserably lacking in contributions.

IMO, your actions and behavior are emblematic of precisely what is wrong with this website vis-a-vis black subject matter. Do not ever contact me again -- via e-mail or in notes. re: portal.

I'm not sure. Although hip hop is of course more than just the music, the Misplaced Pages music portal should probably get more attention before a hip hop portal would be created. --FuriousFreddy 18:58, 28 January 2006.
