Mosques list of Shusha contains information about mosques which are and once were located in the city of Shusha in Azerbaijan. The first mosque in the city was a reed mosque with two doors, built during the reign of the first ruler of the Karabakh Khanate, Panah Ali Khan. In the late 60s of the 18th century, the Cathedral Mosque was built on this site, known nowadays as the Yukhari Govhar Agha Mosque. By the beginning of the 20th century, there were 17 mosques in Shusha. All of them were located in the Azerbaijani part of the city, by one in each of the 17 quarters. In 2001, 15 mosques in Shusha were included in the list of objects protected by state by the order No 132 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Among them, there are the Yukhari Govhar Agha Mosque, the Ashaghi Govhar Agha Mosque, the mosque of the Mehmandarov complex and the Saatly Mosque were declared "architectural monuments of national importance", and 11 more mosques - "architectural monuments of local significance".

1 Yukhari Govhar Agha Mosque 17681769 The mosque was originally built by the order of the second Karabakh Khan Ibrahim Khalil-Khan and stands on the basis of the historical core of the city. In 1883–1885, by the order of the daughter of Ibrahim Khan Govhar Agha, the mosque was completed by the Azerbaijani architect Karbalayi Safikhan Karabakhi. It has two minarets. In the Soviet years, the mosque was included in the list of historical monuments protected by state and began to be used as a local history museum. After the occupation of Shusha by the Armenian forces in 1992, the mosque ceased to function and until the late 2010s was in dilapidated conditions. After the liberation of the city by Azerbaijan, the restoration works of the mosque conducted by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation began. It is included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of Azerbaijan protected by state.
2 Ashaghi Govhar Agha Mosque 18741875 The mosque was built at the order of Govhar Agha. The construction of the mosque, according to the inscription-text of the Govhar Agha vakfname, was to be completed by 1865–1866. The name of the master Karbalayi Safikhan, the architect of Karabakh, is found on the mosque. It has two minarets. During the period when the city was under the occupation of the Armenian forces the mosque was in a dilapidated state. After the liberation of the city by Azerbaijan, the restoration works of the mosque conducted by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation began. It is included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of Azerbaijan protected by state.
3 Saatli Mosque 1883 The mosque is located in the Saatli quarter (mahalla). It was built by the Azerbaijani architect Karbalayi Safikhan Karabakhi on the site of an old mosque and madrasah, where the Azerbaijani poet and vizier of the Karabakh Khanate Molla Panah Vagif taught. It has one minaret. During the period when the city was under the occupation of the Armenian forces, the mosque was in a dilapidated state. After the liberation of the city by Azerbaijan, the restoration works of the mosque conducted by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation began. It is included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of Azerbaijan protected by state.
4 Haji Yusifli Mosque XVIII century The mosque is located on Gasim Ismayilov Street in the Haji Yusifli quarter (mahalla). It belongs to the type of Shusha quarter mosques with a single volume and a flat wooden ceiling. It is included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of Azerbaijan protected by state.
5 Guyulug Mosque XVIII century The mosque is located in the quarter (mahalla) Guyulug. It belongs to the type of Shusha quarter mosques having an eyvan with wide arches of various shapes, which form an organic whole with the prayer hall. It is included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of Azerbaijan protected by state.
6 Julfalar Mosque XVIII century The mosque is located on Uzeyir Hajibeyov Street in the Julfalar quarter (mahalla). It belongs to the type of Shusha quarter mosques with a flat facade and an asymmetric entrance. It is included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of Azerbaijan protected by state.
7 Mamayi Mosque XVIII century The mosque is located on G. Askarov Street in the Mamayi quarter (mahalla). It belongs to the type of Shusha quarter mosques with a flat facade and an asymmetric entrance. During the years of Soviet governance, the mosque was turned into the House of Poetry. It is included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of Azerbaijan protected by state.
8 Chol Gala Mosque XVIII century The mosque is located on the former Kuibyshev Street in the Chol Gala quarter (mahalla). It belongs to the type of Shusha quarter mosques with a flat facade and an asymmetric entrance. During the period when the city was under occupation of the Armenian forces, the mosque was in a ruined state. It is included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of Azerbaijan protected by state.
9 Chukhur Mahalla Mosque XVIII century The mosque is located in the Chukhur Mahalla quarter. During the period when the city was under the occupation of the Armenian forces, the mosque was in a ruined state. 11 Mardinli Mosque XVIII century The mosque is located in the Mardinli quarter (mahalla). 12 Seyidli Mosque XVIII century The mosque is located in the Seyidli quarter (mahalla) on the former Telman Street. It is included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of Azerbaijan protected by state.
13 Taza Mahalla Mosque XVIII century The mosque is located in the Taza quarter (mahalla) on Samad-bey Mehmandarov Street. The mosque is part of the residential complex of the Mehmandarovs' house and served as family mosque of the owners of the estate. It is included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of Azerbaijan protected by state.
14 Kocharli Mosque XIX century The mosque is located in the Kocharli quarter (mahalla) on the former Sovetskaya Street. It refers to the palace complex of Bahman Mirza. It is included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of Azerbaijan protected by state.
15 Haji Abbas Mosque XVIII century The mosque belongs to the Haji Abbas complex, which consists of a mosque and a caravanserai. It is included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of Azerbaijan protected by state.
16 Hamam Gabaghy Mosque The mosque was located in Hamam Gabaghy quarter.
17 Mosque of the two- storey caravanserai 1880s The mosque is located on the second floor of the Mashadi Shukur Mirsiyab ogly caravanserai.
18 Reed Mosque mid 18th century The mosque was built during the reign of Panah Ali Khan and was the first mosque in Panahabad (the first name of Shusha). Later, on the site of this mosque, the Yukhari Govhar Agha Mosque was built.
