PleasePlease use User talk page when posting comments to users, messages posted on User pages will not be seen immediately and the You have new messages bar will not appear. I was/am redirected to the same page( user page not disc page) which is y I posted there'here ( on ur user page ). Maybe u should log out & c what I mean. Here they are again: Post to TA that 'post new message button does not work'. "If you want to leave me a message please click the blue message bar above this and leave your message!" -> What blue bar? All I see if the beach image and a 'Happy Easter' sign.
