proteanTecs is an Israeli technology company, specializing in deep data analytics. It develops predictive and preventative monitoring solutions for electronics throughout their lifecycle, from chip manufacturing to deployment.

proteanTecs was founded by Shai Cohen, Evelyn Landman, Eyal Fayneh, Roni Ashuri, Yahel David, Yuval Bonen in May 2017 in Haifa, Israel. The company officially launched from stealth on April 1, 2019. On August 27, 2020, it secured $45 million in funding, led by Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT) and joined by Lip-Bu Tan, former CEO of Cadence and Intel board member. In September 2020, proteanTecs was granted a U.S. patent for monitoring High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) signals, adding to its growing portfolio of patents.

Products and technology

By applying machine learning to novel data created by on-chip monitors (IP), the company's deep data analytics solutions deliver unparalleled visibility and actionable insights with software applications running on cloud, on tester and on board, as well as real-time in-chip applications.
