IP vandal
I am asking you to please monitor 65.17.169.60. It is the same IP you blocked about two weeks ago; and evidently they didn’t learn anything from it because I gave them a level 3 vandalism warning yesterday over it. They’ve been using messages such as “The edit could not be undone due to conflicting intermediate edits; if you wish to undo the change, it must be done manually.” (Emphasis mine) and they’ve been spamming articles with it and similar “automated” messages. Now I’m NOT asking you to block them yet, because they haven’t made any edits since I issued the warning. I’m just asking you to keep an eye on them. Thanks.
