John Locke, 2nd Treatises:

“To understand political power right, and derive it from its original, we must consider, what state all men are naturally in, and that is, a state of perfect freedom to order their actions, and dispose of their possessions and persons, as they think fit, within the bounds of the law of nature, without asking leave, or depending upon the will of any other man.

Every one, as he is bound to preserve himself, and not to quit his station wilfully, so by the like reason, when his own preservation comes not in competition, ought he, as much as he can, to preserve the rest of mankind, and may not, unless it be to do justice on an offender, take away, or impair the life, or what tends to the preservation of the life, the liberty, health, limb, or goods of another.“


GFDL

I think you have a misunderstanding as to how the GFDL works. Under the GFDL, you have extremely limited rights to control what others do. You do have some privileges under WP:USER and WP:TALK, but in licensing under the GFDL you give others the right to modify your works in any way they wish, so long as they properly attribute the author, and their contributions are also licensed under the GFDL. There are other limitations, but as far as[REDACTED] is concerned, anyone may modify your works, it's automatic. Sanchi Tachi, you're being unreasonable here. If you want to leave, you may do so, but continuing to stay here and fight is going to cost you any good will you have left. To be honest, I think it would be probably best for you to just leave the Misplaced Pages project. It doesn't seem like the restrictions of Misplaced Pages are quite what you're looking for. GFDL only applies to work not copyrighted at other places, and that work cannot be used unless it follows specific conditions, such as attributing the author and not putting up so much that it violates fair use. Thus, using more than a few lines of my work without me giving permission for its use, violates my copyright. If they want to remove all of my text and put their own on the website, they can. However, I overlooked releasing it and thus, I have the right to remove it completely. I am withdrawing from Misplaced Pages, thus, I am withdrawing the work that I have completed that I did not liscence Misplaced Pages to use wholesale. I will not let my work be edited to the point that it violates Games Workshop IP, such as changing the titles of things, or let my work be used by others to harass me. I didn't ask for people not to edit my work. I only ask now for my work, that which is my own, to be completely removed, which includes organization. It now directly infringes my ability to profit from my intellectual property without my explicit consent to have it put free to GFDL standards. It wouldn't have come down to this except for the highly inappropriate action of a few users and admin who refused to do what is their job and keep those users from harassing me.
My complaint is respect, which has not been shown. It is not respectful to follow another user around. As Misplaced Pages policy states, if there is an error, someone else can always correct it, and its not your duty to correct everything another user does. What Someguy did is harassment and does violate the Misplaced Pages policy. He was not repremanded. He was not warn to leave me alone. He was not told to let Emperor deal with things. Instead, he was left to continue to harass me and thinks what he did is fair. To let him continue is a slap in the face of everything Misplaced Pages stands for. You should be ashamed.
I would have let my work be used by Misplaced Pages, but I overlooked it and this level of respect made me reconsider. The users of[REDACTED] have proven that they aren't here for good will, but wish to harass those who actually contribute to make up for the fact that they are unable to contribute. This is an encyclopedia, and yet not one person involved in this besides me has contributed even close to what I contributed lately. Furthermore, most of the claims based by others are extremely unverifiable, which harms the encyclopedia, not helps. The fact that you ignored Someguy not listening to what you said and instead taking it upon himself to edit war against me shows that he doesn't respect you. Protecting him as you are doing is only letting him go on and on again.
I posted that information to tell people that I'm not fighting and that I am gone. I will delete anything else because I don't want to see anyone post anything about it. They want to continue harassing me and continue to show bad faith, violate etiquette and the rest. Thats their perogative. They don't feel like adding to pages that need adding to. Instead, they only care about harassing. Thats not Misplaced Pages and don't ever claim that what they do is somehow in line with Misplaced Pages. I only leave your post up because I respect you. However, this is my last comment to you here. I have made it very explicit that I don't want any more to deal with others here. For people to post and ignore directly shows a lack of Etiquette and breaking the Harass rule. No one has to come to my user page or my talk page. No one is forced to post here. The only reason they would post here is personal obsessive behavior that would keep them from leaving others alone and minding their own business. Good bye. SanchiTachi 02:01, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
And I am sure that you are clever enough to realize that I never had this kind of problem before Someguy started following, and that none of this was ever an issue before him. Put two and two together and you will see that who the antagonist is here. Also see how I never went to any of his pages and tried these stunts. SanchiTachi 02:06, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
