• Template_talk:Party shading#Rfc for republican shading an external person affiliated with the republican party has expressed concern over a non-neutral color choice for party shading used in wikipedia. it's silly but a reasonable request that can be accomodated without harming the encyclopedia. --Tbeatty 05:00, 3 August 2007 (UTC)

I can find no official source stating that local authority boundaries are the population of a city, whereas my cited sources specifically state otherwise.
