The Hattian were an Hetto-Iberian people who inhabited the land of Hatti in Antolia. They spoke a non-Indo-European language called Hattic. They eventually merged with the Hittites.

In Bible circles they have been connected with the Patriarch Arpachshad (ארפ-כשד) and subsequently the Chasidim or Chaldees (כשדים) of Genesis 11:28. They have also been connected to the Guti and Khaldi/Qardu, but it may be in little more than language and proximity.
