Hello Skywalker and welcome to Misplaced Pages! Hope you like it here, and stick around.

Here are some tips to help you get started:

Good luck!

Too many capitals

Hello. Your edits to ethical egoism prompt this tip: the "l" in "External links" as a section heading should not be capitalized. See Misplaced Pages:Manual of Style in regard to section headings. Similarly in "See also", a lower-case "a" is used, and generally capitals are not used gratuitously in section headings and article titles. Michael Hardy 22:52, 21 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Link spamming

Please don't add external links to your site to a large number of articles; this is known as "link spamming", and isn't accepted. Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 28 June 2005 17:33 (UTC)

Religion in Scientific Method

The new link is kind of nice- thanks. Fundamentalists today tend to label anyone else as atheists or "secular humanists," so a link expressing the broader view is nice. Pdn 17:32, 5 September 2005 (UTC)

Hi,

I got your note. Thanks for the info. I was attempting to "userfy" and I apparently got it wrong. Am I supposed to use the "user page" tab? Anything you can help me with would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding why this page was created. If you look on the AFD discussion, I lay out why I created the page. Apparently I did it the wrong way...again. Anyhow it was an attempt to bring the constant, undiscussed changes of the main article to another page in order that the main page might be spared from editors who post changes without discussion or consensus. If you flip over to Islam by country and its history page, you will see what I mean about the constant changes. Otherwise, and I still see this as a possiblity, is that we simply create links on the main page to subpages dedicaated to each of the sources. In other words...if you want to see the CIA World Factbook numbers you click on this link. If you want the see the US State Department figures, click on this link. Thereby everyone should be happy, individuals can update to their hearts content the source they prefer. The main page shorter and more concise.

I apologize if my words are all jumbled together...it's time for me to hit the sack. It's been a late night. (TS Brumwell 15:20, 2 September 2007 (UTC))
