Latham & Watkins LLP is a major business-law firm based in the United States. The firm was founded in Los Angeles in 1934. It currently has 1,600 attorneys throughout it offices in Boston, Brussels, Chicago, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles, Milan, Moscow, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Paris, San Diego, San Francisco, Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo, and Washington D.C.
