Orange juice is the liquid obtained by squeezing or pressing the interior of an orange. It is enjoyed as a beverage in many parts of the world. It is sometimes referred to by the slang term "oj".

Generally, orange juice is rather acidic (especially since many manufacturers add citric acid), but contains a good amount of vitamin C, sometimes through the external addition of ascorbic acid. The major orange juice manufacturers include Tropicana and Minute Maid.

Orange Juice is also the name of a Scottish band of the 1980s and 1990. Singer Edwin Collins went on to a solo career. Link: http://www.twee.net/bands/orangejuice.html
